executive in various industries. From 1998 till 2000 I work as entrepreneur for Mercedes Netherlands as an consultant and auditor in dealer development.
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing programs and processes that continually improve the performance of the Mecercedes dealer network. From year 2000 till 2003 I worked on the same position for BMW Netherlands. Effectively manage the relationship with Dealer Principals, Business Managers and Car Sales Staff so as to deliver the highest standards in customer service.
Since 1996 I'm active in Central & East Europe with bringing western companies to this region in order to expand their business and/or relocating their production facilities. Seek for new potential corporate business, establish and develop sales activities in the
area. I have several years experience not only in developing strategies but especially in
the realization of strategies and business plans, negotiating concluding and managing a variety of sales deals. As interim manager I worked for VEBA (SEMECS) which is one of the larger Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers in Europe, with its headquarter in the Netherlands. For two years I was Interim manager to help organisation undergoing major change, trying to implement a critical strategy and looking to plug a critical management gap. I helped to established complete organization in Vrable,Slovakia and Törökszentmikló sin Hungary. Skills

Commercial:
