Optimizing the organization structure of sales-, design-, project management-, and back-office organizations. Currently operating four subsidiaries and production-sites in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Responsible for defining the strategic and commercial direction for MCC-TR. Accountable to deliver sustainable Sales, EBIT and Market Share growth. Develop strategies in areas of branding, price, range, quality and service. Implement the strategy along with the Country Board to deliver the agreed P&L targets. Develop sales and profit at country-, store- and customer-level. Determine and implement the Marketing Communication strategy, including PR & Corporate Communications and E-Marketing. Leading the CRM, Market Research, Target Group Management, Marketing & Branding organization (40 FTE), Call Center operation (35 FTE) and provide direction to the Customer Field Sales Force (350 FTE). From 2008 to ‘12 we increased the number of outlets from 13 to 27 in 2013. Our strategies have delivered sustainable sales, market share and profit growth.

Responsible for CBD organization and winning in retail both for the P&G brand portfolio as well as the brands of the Gillette and Gala Marketing Company (Companies P&G had recently acquired). In this role responsible for a $700MM business. Leading a CBD organization of around 200 FTE’s, including multi-functional teams with Finance, Logistics, Customer Marketing, IT and HR specialists. Also leading a network of exclusive distributors where another 1000 people worked on our sales, merchandising and in-store support across Ukraine. Key milestones delivered have been the integration of the Gillette and Gala organizations as well as consolidating the distributor networks (i.e. 15 Gillette / 21 Gala consolidated into 4 P&G combined P&G distributors.). This brought substantial synergy and a competitive edge through the combined scale for P&G.
