European distribution centre (EDC) for consumables. 60 Fte.
Design and implement the supply chain for Europe. Reporting to Vice President, Europe (France), Chief Financial Officer (USA) and European Supply Chain Director (UK).
Results: Dismantled and sold the production facilities and simultaneously build a distribution centre. Close the decentralized DC’s in the Benelux, Germany and Austria and implement a new supply chain from the new central DC in the Netherlands. Implement of new ERP/WMS system.

- 1997 – 1998 Director Manufacturing
Production and R&D of photographic films, papers and chemicals; distribution for the Benelux and Germany. 250 Fte.
Responsible for production (both continuous and make to order processes), logistic, quality, maintenance and process improvement. 200 Fte. Reporting to the director European film Manufacturing.
Results: Increase production efficiency and quality. Stopping all production activities with guarantee of quality and with minimum of residual stock. Transfer of production to UK and Mexico.

- 1993 – 1997 Manager Planning & Material Management
Responsible for the total supply chain of production and distribution. Agreed SLA’s with sister organisations in Europe. S&OP and strategic planning. MRP and planning software. 25 Fte. Reporting to the director European film Manufacturing.
Results: Improved supply chain and implemented new planning software. Introduction of a totally renewed production budget. Implemented film distribution centre for Germany and the Benelux. Introduction of a new planning system and changing the behaviour of the organisation from an internal to an external focus.

1989 – 1993 Chemco Powerplate BV
Aluminium offset plates production. 90 Fte.

Responsible for total production, logistic, quality, technical and maintenance department and process improvement. 70 Fte. Reporting to the factory director.
Results: Lowering cost by to reduce sickness absence (15% - > 4%), purchase price, waist percentages and raise production efficiency and output with 50%.
