Georges was specifically identified and recruited by a manager of the firm and has progressed from Product Consultant to Business Consultant.
As a Product Consultant, Georges was focused on the HRMS product range, furnishing pre and post sales support. Principally, liaising with the client user community, he was providing presentations, undertaking workshops, defining requirements, furnishing user workshop, demonstrations and configuring HRMS systems and facilitating implementation.
As a HRMS Business Consultant, Georges has more senior pre and post sales roles where he is liaising with senior client management - executive management and VP levels. He networks to promote products/services, as well as supporting, and presenting material at, seminars, conferences and user group meetings. Georges attends prospective client first meetings with sales and, subsequently, takes responsibility for managing further client communications and furnishing ‘content’.
He recognises business issues, presents business cases and solutions, as well as identifying the most effective way to implement The HRMS systems, given the client circumstances.
In addition, Georges furnishes workshop demonstrations of HRMS systems and facilitates the work of client project managers that are tasked with planning implementation.
He also identifies training needs and will deliver business overview courses on HRMS systems.
Georges has a detailed knowledge of all the HRMS modules and, since September 2000, has been heavily involved with promoting, as well as advising clients upon the strategic and effective application of, e-HR packages (e-Recruitment, e-Development, ESS, Workforce Analysis). He has been offering advice regarding the employment of Internet capabilities with it’s ready application to business intelligence reporting, balanced scorecard and market data comparisons. Georges initially joined as a Recruiter, managing and delivering the complete cycle from defining strategy to negotiating job offers for all levels of secretarial and technical staff.
However, he was quickly allocated responsibility, as Project Leader, for the implementation of the HR Access package.
He inherited a moribund two-year project. Georges re-visited the user community and facilitated workshops to re-scope, re-define requirements and re-plan the project and secure ‘buy-in’, also undertaking ‘gap’ analysis and, subsequently, re-engineering processes and planning the change program.
He was managing a 4/10-man team that was implementing modules for payroll, workforce administration, training, recruitment, competency management and reporting. He also re-engineered all the HR-processes in order to align HR with their changing role.

Following his studies in Human Resource Management in 1992, Georges started his career as HR Assistant at the Belgian subsidiary of an American multinational company. Since joining PeopleSoft in January 1998, Georges was engaged as a Business Consultant for HRMS and e-HRMS modules. He operated in both pre and post-sales capacities to promote products and services. He provided pre-sales ‘content’ and proposals/presentations to secure assignments, communicating with senior client management to identify issues and the most effective ways of employing HRMS software to deliver realisable benefits. He also facilitated client HRMS education and package implementation.
In March 2002, Georges founded his own company in order to enable organisations in their search for workable HR-solutions and the changing role of their HR-department. They will deliver the necessary workable tools to support organisations to evolve their HR-processes and strategies to the required level.
In order to secure the continuity of the PeopleSoft HRMS –activities, Georges was requested to deliver consulting-services to the PeopleSoft Sales organisation. Since, Georges has been active in several major project in order to optimise HR organisations, combining his excellent HR and automation skills, leading his clients towards more efficiency and optimised processes.
He has worked in multi-cultural environments, can quickly adapt to circumstances, is multi-lingual and, in addition is passionate about HR.
