1997 ¡V 1998: AssiDomän Packaging AB (Paris ¡V France)

AssiDomän was one of the leading producers of Paper and Packaging Material. AssiDomän Packaging was specialised in corrugated board for packaging and owned 80 plants in Europe. AssiDomän Packaging had a turnover of about SEK 9 billion and had 12000 employees in 14 European countries.

Position : IT Director Europe

Achievements :
• Design and Implementation of IS strategy for AssiDomän Packaging.
• Creation of a new IT centre based in Paris.
• Selection and implementation of an ERP solution for the corrugated business.
• Selection and implementation of solutions for Design of corrugated boxes and Optimisation and scheduling of corrugated production.
• Selection and implementation of an ERP solution for the Kraftliner Paper Mill.
• Development and implementation of a Support structure and Standards for the various date centres within the Business Area.
• Organisation of Y2K and Euro compliance studies.
• Selection and set-up of a Sales Force Automation system.


1996 ¡V 1997 AMS (The Hague ¡V The Netherlands)

AMS was an American Consulting and Technology company. In Europe AMS ranked among the top 25 consulting firms. AMS is now part of CGI.

Position : Senior Principal, Director AMSCAT Europe

Achievements :
• Project Management and delivery of a project for PTT Telecom (Dutch PTT).
• Start up of a new research center for advanced technologies (AMSCAT).



1991 - 1995 SEAGRAM (London - UK, Antwerp - Belgium)

Seagram was a leading global producer and marketer of distilled spirits and wines. Seagram's products were sold in more than 150 countries and territories.

Position : Information Systems Director, Seagram Europe & Africa

Achievements :
• Design and implementation of IS strategy for the Seagram Europe & Africa division.
• Creation of a new IS center resulting in the Seagram Co-ordination Center.
• Introduction of standard infrastructure in all SEA affiliates.
• Implementation of J.D. Edwards financial software in all SEA affiliates.
• Part of Management Team to start-up a new affiliate in South Africa.
• Responsible for integration of Greek distributor in SEA division.

Agfa is a company in the photo-chemical industry, with (at that time) 32.000 employees and 26 international subsidiaries. The headquarters were situated in Mortsel (B) and Leverkusen (D).
