Lead the set-up of a program management office for a 3-year program that oversees >100 projects worth EUR 70M of investment with the objective to consolidate the current 13 systems across 6 business units into one system, to harmonize the business processes and to roll-out this new system to Europe, North-America, the Asia Pacific region and Latin America. The scope included:

Lead assessment of the current process support tools landscape and gather requirements with all stakeholders for integrated IT governance tooling.

- T-Mobile NL - SHOP PRODUCTIVITY ASSESSMENT (Jul 2005 ¡V Aug 2005)
Identified opportunities for improvement of the productivity of the T-Mobile shops in Austria, Czech Republic and The Netherlands by conducting local and central workshops, visiting shops and interviewing employees. The result has been a handbook of measures to improve the shop productivity in the various countries that has been approved for implementation by the steering committee.

- Philips Consumer Electronics - PROJECT MANAGER FOR CLUB PHILIPS (April 2004 ¡V Jul 2005)
Implemented the Club Philips portal in 16 different countries. The portal offered Value Added Services (VAS) to enhance the use of Philips Consumer Electronics products. The VAS were provided by external content providers which have been integrated in the Club Philips portal. Activities included:
* Business requirements gathering / scope definition / use case definition / interaction designs / content mapping for 3 releases and the Streamium portal
* Lead the development/application management team
* Coordination of Philips activities
* Roll-out to European countries, Brazil, China and USA
* Integration of VAS: ringtones, photo service, music download service, Brazilian and Chinese VAS
