The main activities and responsibilities are: The strategic and tactical HR and ICT development, recruitment, the payroll administration, HR information development (Beaufort HRIS), training, employment laws and regulations, safety rules and general employee relations, HR marketing, archiving, ICT systems administrations (IBM AS400, Windows NT and Novell 5.0), the desiging of administrative and technological information structures, quality controll ISO 9001 and the HR and ICT helpdesks.

There are two main objectives I have to achieve in my present position. The first is to reach the set standard of my management responsibilities for the departments HR and ICT. The second responsibility is the implementation of the new management style (integrale management) for the managment of the company.

Position 2) 20% of the available time.
The recruitment of potential candidates for ICT positions allover Europe. The negociating with commissionaries about the terms of employment, the tariffs and intake results. The further developement of market strategies on a pragmatic and proven strategical basis. The maintenaince relations with commisionaries and potential candidates. The preparation for relocation activities.

Responsibility: Acquisitie, intake and placing, strategical planning and relocation activities.
Competence: No hierarchical competences. Only projectcompetences involving the exsiting contracts.

Projectmanager.

Activities:
Projectmanager of the organisation-developement program including the administrative organisation procedures. The implementation of quality management and an orientation on the improvement of the facilitiy disciplines. To fullfill these tasks I had a team of 3 specialist including the financial and technical disipline.

Responsibility: Main Advisor of CEO management, personel, budgets, strategy.

Manager HR (6 employees) and logistics manager (19 employees)

Activities:
The preforment of prudence and operational HR tasks on a divisionlevel (420 employees). The managment of the operational (payroll administration and archiving) staf (3 employees), the development and applyment of employment laws and regulations, the initiating roll on new and /or existing prudence on employment healtcare activities, employment benefits, training, recruitment, evaluations and emploability. Budgetkeeper personnel costs, tarrifs and subcontacting.
During a period of 2 Years I preformed a changemanagment role for the division. In my position I was appointed to be the the vice president of compliant commision of the city of Maastricht. As a member of the commission for HR information systems I was also appointed to be a member of the organisation for development of HR information systems for governments in the Netherlands. (Beaufort HRIS)

Temporary manager ( 8 months) for the logistics department (19 employees). Fully responsible for the operational logistic tasks (maintenance, purchases and facility services).

Responsibility: Advisor of the MT, personnel budgets (36 million guilders), personnel affairs, personnel prudence and serveral other tasks Temporary manager Logistics: MT member with fully mandate for logistics budgets (5 million guilders).

Activities:
Startup of a new merged company which was formed out of 3 smaller companies of jurisdictions of waterboards. The main tasks were to design a new organisational structure, the making of working procedures, jobdiscriptions for 65 new positions, implementation of the employment laws and regulations and the creation of a manual for all HR affairs of the new company. My work also included the negociating with the labour unions. The start of the merger was in may of 1991. The first of januari 1993 the new company could start.
