Role:
- Improve the use of ticket vending machines by creating a turnaround with station staff and management. Result: 6% revenue increase, reduction of 34 FTE, adjustment of retail strategy to increase ticket vending machines.
- Reduce financial losses by improving the revenue management system, creating awareness with staff and active supervision with station management. Result: savings of £631,000 (reduction of 73%).
