The projects’ deliverable was to provide an overview and analysis of the existing global organisation (i.e. in terms of its legal structure, capital drawdown (financing) mechanism, contractual agreements/Service Level Agreements, employment agreements and contractual authorities) and give recommendations for rationalising the current organisation structure.

· Integration Test Manager for a ‘Finance Function - Shared Service Centre’ programme at a large Dutch Wholesale Bank. Responsible for Test Planning & Preparation, Test Execution & Reporting and Release Management. Integrated the ‘Product Accounting & Control Architecture’ with the following interfaces: settlement system, regulatory, group finance and risk reporting systems.
· As Process Architect, lead the Amsterdam team of a ‘Compliance’ project at a Dutch Financial Institution. The projects’ aim was to populate a bank-wide process repository i.e. mapping all the administrative and organisational processes within every wholesale business unit. The Amsterdam team assessed the compliance readiness of each business unit as per the Regulation on Organisation and Control (ROC) directives of the Dutch Central Bank.
· Team Lead - Data Architecture Team of a ‘Global Reference Data Management’ project at a leading Dutch Bank. The goal of the project was to develop a global data distribution architecture for product static, price, counterparty and trade book meta data. The team delivered a ‘to-be’ logical data model, provided recommendations for enhancing the current architecture and the functional specifications for the proposed enhancements.

Allshare Finance is an all media banking solutions provider. It provides back office and front office banking solutions for mid size retail banks and private banking institutions. Allshare has an international presence in Netherlands, Turkey and the Czech Republic.
· Implemented a model based Client–NT/Server-Unix, Relation Management solution for a major Dutch private banking firm. Responsible for managing a team of developers, which customised Allshares’ Relation Management solution as per the client’s requirements. Created the batch programs to convert the data from the legacy system to Allshare’s Relation Management solution environment.
· Designed and programmed the batches for the conversion of Continuous Credit, Current Account, Relation data from the legacy to the components of the back office banking solution for a mid-size Turkish bank.
· Worked on parts of a CBD solution for an E-Order Management System for a Dutch private banking institution. Programmed parts of Depot, Disposition and Exchange Order Routing components.
· Made Lotus Notes databases from templates to increase efficiency and information sharing within the Implementation group. Created an Implementation Road Map database to document and manage various stages of an Implementation. Created other databases to maintain technical, reporting and personnel information.

Mortgage & Mortgage Backed Securities advisory firm. Advising clients to manage risk associated with mortgage & mortgage servicing rights using different valuation and hedging tools. MIAC also develops and markets software to analyse, value and hedge mortgage portfolios.
· Performed valuation of portfolios using Static and Option Adjusted Spread valuation techniques.
