Lead and supervise the administration of movement of fixed assets internal equipment and demonstration equipment across 27 countries.
Carry on at the same time the fixed accounting: capitalization, depreciation, tracking, reporting for the 5 Nordics + the Dutch holding for both Corporate and Tax books.
Participate in the implementation of I-Procure (Oracle financials) for fixed assets purchase.
Standardize the above process in view of the future Shared Service Centre.

Purpose of the position Administer and manage the preparation of VAT Returns source information, review of 1st draft, reconciliation and submission of the physical return to the local authorities for 27 countries (in partnership with external party)
Internal preparation and submission of VAT returns for countries: UK, The Netherlands, France and Italy.
Design and implementation of new process for VAT compliance, in view of the establishment of the Shared Service Center.
Training of AP staff in VAT compliance in the country specifics.
