FREELANCE- BACKGROUND
· Since 1983, He has been in the computer industry consulting and managing projects on the use of SAP software packages.

· He began as part of the development team with the design of controlling functionalities on R/2 and afterwards with consulting and managing R/2 projects in Germany and all over Europe.

· As a freelancer ,he was the responsible product manager for Controlling systems and Integration between Logistics and Financials, in the newly formed SAP International and recruited and managed a team of 60+ consultants in different countries and trained them on the job.

· As a project manager he started to coordinate large projects and rollouts in the US, South Africa,Australia,Canada and Scandinavia.(Dupont, ICI, AECI, Bayer, Ericsson, Telstra, Mobil, Philips, Singapore Telecom, BHP ……

· During the development period of SAP R/3 he was part of the design team and responsible for the implementation of the first 3 pilot sites.

· in 1994 he started his own consulting company in Australia and managed several R/3 projects in the region throughout this period.(Kone, Hasbro, Marbig , Comalco, NZAS, ….)

· he continued to consult in the CO, PS modules and their integration to the logistics modules and developed a special method for faster implementations.

· 1996 he started with an additional company, selling SAP-R/3 systems to the SME market and became the first SAP-VAR in Australasia.

· He grew his business up to 120+ consultants and sold it at the end of 1998.

· 1999 founded and managed a new software company to develop one of the first PSA-solutions (CEDOR) in Australasia.

· 2000-2004 he managed all sales and development activities for CEDOR and implemented several solutions in the SME service industry.

· Since 2004 He is working on its own within his consulting company for several consulting agencies in the German speaking market.

· 2005 assisted SME companies during their ERP-evaluation and helped smaller ERP-vendors, to enrich their systems with additional functionalities in the service optimization processes.(Agresso-Unit 4, BusPro,ODT)

· 1st quarter 2006 he managed a special project for IDS-Scheer to develop a packaged solution for SAP-upgrade customers and conducted a very detailed market analysis for the Asia Pacific market.

· From May 2006 till Sept..2006 he was in charge of a BPR project for a large steel manufacturing company in Australia. (Sales & Customer service processes)

· Up to now He is involved in a large automotive company in Germany to redesign and implement a new process for the Goodwill management
