Do have over 28 Years Management experience within the International Power Industry, the last 18 Years are particularly related to HRSG and Boiler industry.Summary
Do have over 27 years experience in the power Industry, particularly within construction, start Up but also commercial operations of Power-plants.
Held various Senior positions in the Power Industry as Commissioning Manager HRSG’s and Client representing Site Engineer to EPC Contractors.
On the operational side I was Plant Manager and O&M manager on several South American locations (Peru, Venezuela and Brazil).
Wrote operation manuals and procedures,and have hands-on experience on GT. combined cycle plants, HRSG’s, Incinerators, flue-gas treatment plants focusing both Construction and Process disciplines.
Was participant in process design workgroups involved in system layout and feasibility, both related to available budgets and legal requirements.

Site Manager multiple LM-6000 Power units within American – Norwegian business team on projects in VA and Macae-Brazil 800 Mw (LM.6000 packages)
Coordinate daily site progress, EHS issues, Logistics, Construction, and Commissioning staffing.
Client counterpart in construction phase follow up integrated schedules,identify and set for milestone related targets and corresponding budgets.
Schedule multi-disciplined, International specialists in relation to progress phases.
Prepare spare part proposals for both, commissioning and operations.
GEAP requested me for a long term Marine project in Japan which did not match our personal interests.

O&M Manager.
Initiate reliability centered maintenance study.
Analyze flue-gas treatment plants ,familiarize staff with the RCM system and implementation into ART and MP2 database.
Also initiate the use of Rosemount AMS status [Bus] monitoring system.
Contracted for the initiation and introduction of RCM with this Company.

1997 -1998 Company: De-Babcock Madrid. E.
Commissioning Manager.
Establish Operation Manual main frames focussed to design philosophy.
Estimating and Budget planning Commissioning + Start Up.
Prepare project Instruction Plan such as Proj. Document file systems as from Eng. phase unto final release a.o. covering: Specifications, Iso’s,drwg’s, Codes, Quality- plans, pipe flow charts, calculations, WP’s-PwHt,
