In the 430 km of the Pipeline Gasyrg ( see generalities about the pipeline) .I was in In charge:
1.environmental problems during the construction of the pipeline, I have ben cheeked by two meanest audit Company ( Bureau Veritas Group and PETROBRAS from Brazil ) and we receive felicitations for the environmental work.
2.I was in charge also of soils and water contamination and reforestation , we have done in coordination with the 2 consortiums (Harbert/ Willbros and Conduto-Contreras-Bolinter) a special program for these activities with two thesis of PhD.
3. In charge also to resolve the claims about the Row negociations with local indigenous communities ( guaranis, wanayeck and poeple of the local communities ) and decide of compensations plans ( communities intererst works like roads refaction, water well drilling , reconditioning of schools , sanitary post and agricultural and cattle pilot programs , always not expensive but really very usefull for the communities )

I have just finish a very short contract for consorcium here for Chile pipeline ( EIA) with all environmental part in Bolivia and project will not go
on because political situation do not permit investments. I also develop also for IADB preliminary environmental and social impact studies in virgin area with not knowed tribus of indigens.

Before this technical litteracy environmental job , I was the environmental supervisor in charge of all seven inspectors for environmental control
during the building of one of the longest pipelines here in latin america, (The Gasyrg Rio Grande 32"diameter pipeline of 430km length ,with 7
directional drillings . In charge also to resolve the claims about the Row negociations with local indigenous communities ( guaranis, wanayeck and poeple of the local communities ) and decide of compensations plans ( communities interest works like roads refaction, water well drilling , reconditioning schools , sanitary post and agricultural and cattle pilot programs , always not expensive but really very usefull for the communities )

In this (Repsol-Total-Petrobras) project I was also the supervisor of all environmental and High Directionnal Drilling aspects working with
Petrobras and Bureau Veritas Standards, reporting directly to the Head of QA/QC.


I am a French engineer with 4 spoken and written languages ( French + english,spanish,german,portugues) , and I have verywide experience in
operations . I have also worked in several countries that were experiencing economic crisis or civil war, and I am happy to relocate to any such
place for short, medium or long term contracts, as I am single.

I am looking for further opportunities in developing countries,including Africa, or developed nations in the MiddleEast - or indeed anywhere which
requires a manager with my capabilities and experience.

I have a wide experience in soil decontamination, including personally developed technology to remediate heavily contaminated earth into agricultural soil (before and after photos, showing the crops 5 months after the start of decontamination are available for download on request. The technology has been officially verified in Bolivia. I am qualified in emergency oil spills response, potable water decontamination and emergency soil decontamination.
