Design a complete and optimal ICT Infrastructure for t-groep.
Identifying and introducing potential partners and suppliers.
Create a migration plan.
The follow-up and steer the realization of this plan.
Communicate independently with al partners, suppliers and the contacts of VDAB.

Preparing and rolling out of new software and service packs. Including upgrading of all workstations from WinNT 3.51 to WinNT 4.0.
-European Motor show Brussels 2000 - 2002 – 2004 – 2005 – 2006- 2007; Preparing and installing the complete server(2) and workstation(65) platform for the car exposition in Brussels. This includes connections to the BMW-site in Bornem, backup connections, backup servers and workstations, etc.
-The Rover LAN integration; configuring the Rover and Land Rover site at Zaventem in the same domain as BMW Belgium. Making of the configuration for a complete integration of the LAN-network. This to make the move to Bornem as easy as possible.
-Preparing Office 2000 (SR1) roll out; preparing the customized installation and installation point. Documenting the main differences between off97 and off2k.
-Disconnecting and splitting the site in BMW, Rover and Land Rover: Making three different domains that can work independently.
-PC renting and installation on demand: Evaluating several proposals from several resellers. Creating and negotiating an SLA. Creating a rollout flow. Evaluating the rollout, and testing new installed systems.
-Storage On Demand: Researching new NAS and SAN Solutions to replace the existing EMC² storage system. Creating and negotiating an SLA with HP Belgium. Evaluating the rollout, and testing the new storage and backup system.
-Printing On Demand: selecting the right partner to outsource the compete printing environment on an per page bases. Negotiating and creating the SLA. Creating a rollout plan and following it up.
-Server virtualization: Implementation and configuring VMW ESX 2.1. Migrating all test servers.
-Server virtualization: Upgrading and configuring VMW ESX 2.5. Migrating all test servers. Migrating all Windows Production severs (22).
-Migrating all Windows servers to Win2k3: Implementation and configuring
-Server virtualization: Implementation and configuring VMW Infrastruction 3.0 . Migrating all servers.
