Responsibilities:
Plan demand and supply for the Beverage Strategic Business Unit. Responsible for the planning of 7 European plants supplying the European market (9 sales units). Managing 6 indirect reports. Approx. 1000 production SKU’s . 4000 FG SKU’s. Turnover Eur 250 mio. End responsibility for European board supply from USA (500 SKU’s – 90 mio USD).
Main tasks:
Run the S&OP process for all Beverage sales and production; plan and chair demand reviews and supply planning meetings and facilitate the Executive S&OP, all in a monthly drum beat. Manage and support S&OP coordinators on site. Manage the board supply from US mill and take part in the head office S&OP process.
Major projects:
Set up the S&OP process; design test and implement the (in house built) S&OP planning tool. Develop the board supply planning process. Act as an Supply Chain Manager ad interim for the Roosendaal plant (6 months).

Function: demand and supply planning manager

Responsibilities:
Plan demand and negotiate supply for the Mitsubishi vehicles made world wide for timely distribution in Europe.
Main tasks:
Manage the Sales and Operations Planning process, receive and process vehicle orders
and forecasts from 33 European distributors. Negotiate and follow up production plans at several OEM’s worldwide to assure timely production and delivery of the vehicles ordered. 150k vehicles, built to specification. Turnover 2.5 billion. Manage and develop a group of up to 12 people
Major projects:
Business end-responsible in the project team developing the Sales and Operations Planning process and related software. Implementing Manugistics software for planning, ordering and physical distribution. Stock and lead time reduction projects for the Dutch and German distributor. Manage the transfer of planning and ordering processes to a new location with new staff.

Responsibilities:
Production and distribution planning for European supply of young plants made out of seeds and cuttings on several production sites (2000 sku’s). Purchasing and supply planning of raw materials and packs. Distribution planning and execution. Customer service to European sister companies. staff: 25 people

Structure internal and external logistics organization and professionalize people, software and management reporting

Function: supply planning manager for 2 production sites , one co-manufacturer and import
