Short term agreement
Advising Abu Dhabi Governmental Restructuring Committee, on the development of a corporate real estate function to manage a government portfolio (mixed combination of typical government buildings and commercial property) of approx. 5000 properties.
Prepare the organisation for world class delivery of property services.
Advise on the construction of a new village of 14.000 villa’s including infrastructure, and proposed tool to manage the village, including software and FM (IT) tools
Analyse current (work)processes and improve to obtain best in class practises.
Reorganize current workforce and optimize staff including more effective and efficient use of manpower. Reduction from current 520 staff to 80 + end 2009
Prepare and deliver massif outsourcing exercise for FM (both hard and soft services) for entire portfolio, from RFI, RFP and recommendation to board.
