Activities and results:
• Execute Value Creation Programme by Mckinsey&Company and bring down our headcount with 10% in Q2
• Design the future structure and transformation of UNIT4 in the Benelux from a group of decentrally managed operations to one centrally managed company in a matrix reporting model
• Design new sales coverage models to improve sales rep productivity and drive growth
• Drive multiple strategic value creation initiatives where we agressively will accelarate topline and bottomline growth while reducing the benelux headcount with another 30%
• Drive quarterly business reviews and by-weekly forecast meetings with the executive committee or with the local MD’s
• Design 2015 annual operating plan to drive growth
• 2014 targets will be met or exceeded with €68 million in Software and SaaS revenue, 105% of EBITDA budget and 120% of ACV bookings budget

Ultimately responsible for UNIT4 Business Software BV in the Benelux, member of Benelux management team, part of global general business meetings, 300 FTE, turnover € 57 million, EBITDA €12 million, contribution margin € 19 million.

Activities and results:
• Consolidate activities and acquisitions in wholesale segment; DiGiS, X-International, Diheco, Omnivers (UNIT4), Multivers (UNIT4), incorporate 4 companies, develop sales strategy, initiate cooperation Compaq computer, launch TUNIT implementation method, Omnivers for windows sales grew from 73 to 143 deals, contribution margin stable at 22%, 150 fte, 5 branches, turnover € 23 million
• Develop business Agresso Benelux in the last 10 years; build up company from scratch to sustainable growth; grew Agresso sales with 650% from € 1,7 million to € 13 million, EBITDA from -€ 1 million (loss) to €3 million, 15% CAGR license revenue in the last 10 years, 41% CAGR contract revenue in the last 10 years and from € 48K to € 4.1 million, 2013 contribution margin 40%
