Main achievements: Help setting up Spain and Italy. Responsible for setting up the Health care division and run “the P&L” for a year. Turn over 140 million Euro. Setting up transportation division. Turn over 90 million Euro. Develop a new strategy for future and sustainable growth for Randstad group.

Main achievements: Finding and defining a unique position and proposition for the top segment and manage the 45 million euro project.

Responsibilities: Business development, Marketing strategy, branding, distribution, communications, European division board member (P&L responsible as a full board member, 0.8 billion Euro turn-over)
Main achievement: Successful integration off 4 divisions into Yacht. Coordinated the successful role out in the UK, Germany, France, and Belgium.

Sole owner and founder
Head hunting agency and community for brave people. People who see and drive innovation, independent minds that will drive companies forward. Serving customers like Heinz, Kelly Services, Burson Marsteller, Viatris, Trading Cars, IBM, AtosOrigin, Centric, Hogeschool Amsterdam, and others. The company was recently sold. Main achievements: Turn over 2.2 million Euro against the market development, setting up an organization (12FTE in total), getting this level of customers.

- TPG Vision and value integration for TPG’s strategy international
- Managing consultant for De Boer & kroon strategy consultants on a project for the
Government to define a concept that will be the Easy Jet in Home care.
- Defining the strategy for Meatis arbo. A former government owned company that was set up monitor illness of people to insure people would just stay home. Now it had to find a new positioning the market as a commercial entity.

04-08 Adecco
Sales and Marketing Director Adecco Netherlands.
I was hired to become the Country Manager (400 million turn-over) for the Netherlands due to retirement of the sitting Country Manager and have one year to get to know the clients and the organisation. Together with the CFO turned the organisation to a more cost effective one, closed a global contract with Akzo Nobel and defined a new strategy including professional staffing.

President of the Global Business line Sales Marketing and Events
Member of the executive board of the group (21 billion turn-over) and responsible for the division sales, marketing and events (470 million turn-over) Also executive sponsor for greater China, Benelux and Global Sales for the Group (8.5 billion turn-over). My team and I set up the business line from scratch and developed the proposition touch marketing. This means if you want to reach your end customers we can help you with sales force outsourcing, promotion teams, marketing professionals, call center solutions and event organization. A few examples are: Organizing the volunteer program for the Olympic games in Turin, ten thousand in-store promoters in China for P&G, sales force outsourcing for American express credit cards sales on airports and off shoring a call center for Telefonica. Due to a strategic change, to go from global back to local, all global business line leaders are made redundant.




08 Interim management
So far two project for private equity funds, KKR and Deutsche Equity. For both projects I’m under “none disclosure agreement”. Therefore I can only give a very little information. I can only give a short out-line of the assignments.
